Williamsburg Independent hosts open house/block party to welcome students back

Williamsburg Independent School held an open house Monday evening, inviting students to come meet their new teachers and tour the classrooms where they will be spending the upcoming school year. As part of the event, a block party was held in the parking lot behind the school with a variety of activities, including club signups, face painting, a petting zoo and a station to create snow cones. The first day of school for students is Wednesday.
