Billy Blaine Carroll

Billy Blaine Carroll, age 36, of Duff, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Turkey Creek Medical Center. He was born February 2, 1986 in Jellico, Tennessee.
Billy is survived by, father, Victor Blaine Carroll; mother, Lorraine Metzler Carroll; son, William Blaine Carroll; sisters, Shannon Carroll and Mary E. Burton; and a host of aunts, uncles, friends and family to mourn his passing.
The funeral was Saturday, May 28, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adam Gulle officiating.
Burial was Sunday, May 29, in the Chadwell Cemetery.
