Mary Elizabeth Wilson Davis

Mary Elizabeth Wilson Davis, 93, departed this life at her home surrounded by family on March 14, 2022.
She was born to the late Forster Wilson and Bertha (Partin) Wilson on September 15, 1928, in Pearl (Frakes), Kentucky.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Jason Davis; son, Donnie Davis; daughter, Benda White; grandson, Christopher Powers; great-granddaughter, Harper Barton; son-in-law, Dennis Osborne; sisters, Ethel Lambdin, Edna Sparks, and Lily Lowe; brothers, Fayette Wilson, Leland Wilson and Roland Wilson.
Mary was a retired cook at the Whitley County Middle School.
She was survived by six children, Drucilla Davis Osborne of Frakes, KY, Christine Koverman of Dayton, OH, Irene Powers and husband Wallace of Campobello, SC, Freda Tankersley and husband Bill of Corbin, KY, Michael Davis of Williamsburg, KY. and Paulette Blackstone and husband Stan of Williamsburg, KY; 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren; four sister, Hazel Kukula of Jackson, MI, Jewell Long and husband Bill of Toledo, OH, Pauline Campbell of Dayton, OH and Jean Mills of Dayton, OH; two, brothers, Albert Wilson of Middlesboro, KY. and Denny Wilson and wife Juanita of Toledo, OH; several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was a member of Clearfork Baptist Church. Mary enjoyed her flowers, quilting and spending time with family and friends.
Funeral service was Saturday March 19, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev, Phillip Jackson and Rev. Tim Colvin officiating.
Burial followed the service in the New Lambdin Family Cemetery in Frakes, Kentucky.
