Carrie Root

Carrie Root, age 92, of Chicago, IL, passed away on Sunday January 30, 2022.
Born in Kentucky, she was the beloved wife of the late Russell Root.
Visitation will be from 6-9 pm on Monday February 7, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Her funeral service will  be held at 10 am on Tuesday February 8th at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Vicky Powers officiating.
Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Kentucky.
