Donna Davenport Helvey

Donna Davenport Helvey, age 69, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 at Baptist Health Corbin.
She was born December 28, 1952 in Jellico, TN to the late Jim and Rena Wallace Durham. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Eddie Durham, and David Durham; two sisters, Audrey Durham Smith, and Margie Durham Widener; and brother-in-law, Daymond Widener.
She is survived by her husband, Andrew Helvey; five children, Michele Hoffman (Ricky) of Mt. Washington, KY, Regina Thomas Campbell (Benny) of Williamsburg, KY, Alan Helvey of Russell Springs, KY, Betty Thomas Glenn (Joe) of Bowling Green, KY, and Ben Thomas (Jennifer) of Williamsburg, KY; 12 grandchildren, Jimmy Hoffman (Aimee), Leanne Hoffman, Deavon Lynch, Karlee Spencer (Will), Kierstyn Helvey, Andrew Helvey, Benji Campbell, Israel Howard, Jacob Brennenstuhl, Mason Brennenstuhl, Tabitha Hedquist, and Scott Thomas; 11 great-grandchildren, Louis Allen, Otto C., Brynlee, Emilee, Sammie, Kyla-Mae, Trenton, Colton, Skyla, Braden, and Landon; two brothers, Ted Durham (Beuanna) of Williamsburg, KY, and James Durham (Ann); several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
A celebration of life service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 19, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wes Williamson and Rev. Ronnie Bowman officiating. Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM until the celebration of life service hour on Wednesday, January 19, at Ellison Funeral Home.
