PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Corbin Independent School District is requesting:

• a one-page Letter of Interest for Construction Management for the construction of a concession / restroom facility at Campbell Field and
• a one-page Letter of Interest for Construction Management for the construction of a multi-purpose athletic facility at Corbin High School

ANTENNA STRUCTURE REGISTRATION ENVIRONMENTAL NOTIFICATION

East Kentucky Network, LLC d/b/a Appalachian Wireless is proposing to construct a telecommunications tower (FCC Form 854 File No. A1204632) located South of Highway 25 West, Corbin, Whitley County, Kentucky at Latitude N 36° 55’ 35.55”, Longitude W 84° 5’ 49.90”.  The tower is proposed to be a self-supporting/lattice design and 310’ tall with FAA Style D (L-865) lighting.  In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), an evaluation is being conducted of the potential impacts the proposed tower facility may have on the environment.  Interested parties may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number and may comment on the proposed structure by following the instructions at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.  The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) strongly encourages interested parties to file comments online, however written comments may be directed to: FCC Requests for Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th ST SW, Washington, DC 20554.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE

On October 19, 2021, Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company filed their 2021 Joint Integrated Resource Plan with the Public Service Commission of Kentucky. This filing includes a load forecast and resource plans of Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company to meet future demand with an adequate and reliable supply of electricity at the lowest possible cost for all customers within their service areas.

Comments regarding the Integrated Resource Plan may be submitted to the Public Service Commission by mail to Public Service Commission, Post Office Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky 40602, or by email to at psc.info@ky.gov. All comments should reference Case No. 2021-00393. Any person interested in participating in the review of this Integrated Resource Plan should submit a motion to intervene in Case No. 2021-00393.
