Betty Sue Capps

Betty Sue Capps, 76, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Saturday August 24, 2019 at Christian Care Communities in Corbin, KY.

She was born August 18, 1943 to the late James Taylor and the late Lucille Barrett Taylor.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Joel William Capps Jr., a sister Pat McCoy, and a brother James Edward Taylor.

She is survived by her husband Joel Capps of Williamsburg; three children, Linda Berta of Williamsburg, Fran Bradford of Lenoir City, TN, Sherry Burress (James) of Corbin; son-in-law Leroy Berta of Columbus, OH; eight grandchildren, Jeremy Berta, Dirk Berta, Bryan Berta, Jason Bradford, Justin Bradford, Rebecca Westerfield, Joshua Burress, Jared Burress; three great grandchildren, Landin Bradford, Adelynn Burress, Lukas Berta; two brothers, Gary Taylor (Linda) of McMinnville, TN, Charles Taylor (Lesia) of Lafe, AR, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday August 28, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held 5:00 p.m. Wednesday August 28, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joshua Bowman officiating.

She will be laid to rest in Nimmons Cemetery in Nimmons, AR.
