Michael Ray “Mike” Neely

Michael Ray “Mike” Neely, 52, of Jellico, TN passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his home.

He was born August 26, 1966 in Williamsburg.

Mike was saved October 5, 1973 at the Crouches Creek Baptist Church and was ordained to be a Deacon January 10, 2015 at the Good Hope United Baptist Church.

Mike is preceded in death by his father, Billy Neely.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-two years: Kim Neely; sons, Ben Neely and Katelin Lewis, Travis Neely and Melody Rainwater; daughters, Faith Neely and Gabe Sexton, Raven Chesser; grandchildren, Whitleigh Rainwater, Peyton Rainwater; mother, Thelma Partin Neely; sisters, Debbie Stanaford and husband Beldon, Tammie Creekmore and husband Tracy; mother-in-law, Alma Elliott and late husband Eugene; sisters-in-law: Angie Payne and Beaver, Treina Inman and Mike; very special friend, Scott Hackler, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn his passing.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 23, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Loudin and Rev. Chuck Evans officiating.

Mike’s wishes were to be cremated following his funeral.
