Barbara Jean Lay

Barbara Jean Lay, 54, of Oneida, TN passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at her home.

She was born June 19, 1963 in Scott County, TN.

Barbara is preceded in death by her father, Verldon Lay; brother, Andy Lay; sister, Carla “Sissy” Lay.

She is survived by daughters, Karri Armstrong and husband Newell, Jessica Brooks; grandchildren, Kaden, Phoenix, Declan, Jensen; mother, Enna Bell  Massey Lay; brothers, Jimmy Lay and wife Jill, Fuzz Lay and wife Jewell, Harold Lay, Billy Lay and wife Bobbi; sisters, ​Trecia Lay and Lester Perkins, Johnnie Lay, and Mary Lay; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.

Memorial services were held Sunday, February 25 at the Harp Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Terry officiating.

Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
