Angelique Mays Phelps

Angelique Mays Phelps, 48, departed this life on Wednesday, December 6 in Dayton, OH

Angelique was born on October 26, 1969 in Pineville, to Julius Barrino and Alexis Mays McKnight.

She was of the Baptist faith and was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth E. Goins II.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Alexis Mays and Connie McKnight of Jaber; a son, Stephen Phelps of Lexingotn; two daughters, Tenesha Mays and Stephanie Phelps, both of Dayton, OH: three grandchildren, Brandon Mays, Gabrielle Phelps, and Mark Hamilton, Jr., and sister, Kendra (Lewis) Kingsley of Jabez.

The funeral was held Tuesday, December 12 at noon at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Brother Randy Wiles officiating.

Burial was in the Military Springs Cemetery.
