Marlene Scott

Marlene Scott, 75, beloved mother, mamaw, sister, and friend passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017, in Nashville, TN.

She is survived by her children; Philip Scott, II (Kathy), Corbin Cynthia Hughes, Lexington, Chris Scott (Pam), Sabrina Jewell (Ty), both from Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Amanda (James), Ashley (Matt), Tyler (Kathryn), Laura, Morgan (Justin), Megan (Nick), Jahde, Josh, Hope, Cade, and Alexandria; great grandchildren: Ella, Simon, and Jameson; sisters:  Edith White, Joyce Mills (Bennie), Carolyn Davis, and Janice Pike (Buster).

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Philip; son, Frank; parents, Richard A. and Georgia Hinson; brother, Buddy; sisters, Edna and Sandra; son-in-law, James.

Funeral services were held at the Hart Funeral Home, Corbin on Saturday, August 19.
