Vincent Monroe Lawson

Vincent Monroe Lawson, 62, of Williamsburg, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at his home.

He was born on February 5, 1954 in Williamsburg, to the late Cossie Lawson and Elizabeth (Croley) Lawson.

He is survived by his sister, Linda Lawson Shinker of Gardena, CA; a niece, Andrea Dawn Mongello of Moreno Valley, CA; nephews, Jeffery Kersey of Gardena, CA and Dan Kersey II of Long Beach, CA; many great nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held Thursday, January 26, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Lester officiating.

He was laid to rest following graveside services on Friday, January 27, in the Whitley Memorial Gardens.
