Larry Eugene Richardson

Larry Eugene Richardson, 67, of Prewitt Bend Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, TN.

He was born on February 10, 1949 in Whitley County, to the late Lake Raymond Richardson and Martha Alice (Prewitt) Richardson.

He was also preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Ellis and Retha Marsee.

Larry was a Deacon and member of Emlyn Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Lou (Marsee) Richardson of Williamsburg; two sons, Alan Richardson and wife Sheri of Williamsburg and Andy Richardson and wife Beth of Corbin; four grandchildren, Ryan Richardson, Hailey Richardson of Williamsburg and Andrew Richardson and Lucas Richardson of Corbin; one sister, Joyce Creekmore and husband Bill of Williamsburg; two brothers, David Richardson and wife Bonita and Roger Richardson and wife Cynthia of Williamsburg; brother-in-law, Verlin Marsee of Williamsburg; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

The funeral service was held Friday, November 18, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Logan and Rev. Ronnie Bowman officiating.

He was laid to rest in the Piney Grove Cemetery with Michael Richardson, Ronnie Marsee, Billy Joe Creekmore, Dustin Richardson, Josh Richardson, Jordan Richardson, Brandon Prewitt, Daryl Bowman, Adam Petrey and Andrew Richardson serving as pallbearers.
