Luke child pornography trial delayed
A federal court judge has agreed to continue the trial of a Gray man accused of possessing child pornography, though there has yet to be a ruling on his motion to throw out some of the evidence against him.
U.S. District Court Judge Gregory VanTatenhove rescheduled the trial of 47-year-old Jerry Luke that was scheduled to begin Tuesday in U.S. District Court in London.
VanTatenhove noted that despite the best efforts of all parties, the motion Luke filed in on November 23 is still pending.
