Amber Reynolds and Donny Mathis

Mr. and Mrs. K. D. Reynolds of Chatom, Alabama are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Elizabeth, to Donny Ray Mathis II, son of Dr. and Mrs. Don R. Mathis of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Miss Reynolds is a graduate of the University of Mobile and is currently living in Louisville, Kentucky where she is attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Donny is a graduate of Corbin High School, the University of Kentucky, and a two-time graduate of Southern Seminary, with both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Philosophy in New Testament Studies.
After the wedding, the couple will be residing in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, where Dr. Mathis teaches in the Christian Studies Department at North Greenville College.
The wedding will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2005 at 3:30 in the afternoon at First Baptist Church Chatom, Alabama. The reception will follow at the Chatom Community Center. There will be a celebration in honor of the new Dr. and Mrs. Mathis in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 2:00 in the afternoon. The parents of the couple extend an open invitation to friends and family to join them in all of the wedding activities and celebration of this happy occasion.
