Leah and Keith Carlson
Leah Amelia Strunk and Keith Alan Carlson were united in marriage on Friday, May 27, 2005 at First Christian Church of Corbin, Kentucky. Leah is the daughter of Carson and Lee Ann Strunk and the granddaughter of Margaret Thurmond of Corbin. Keith is the son of Chris and Nancy Carlson of Russellville, Kentucky and the grandson of Carlene Suhling and Leah Carlson.
Serving as Maid of Honor was Leah’s sister Sarah Stunk. Keith’s twin brother Craig Carlson served as Best Man. Other attendants included bridesmaid; Rebecca Thurmond, cousin of the bride, Alison Baker, Lauren Hopkins, Cassie Robinson, and Courtney Miller, guest book attendant, all friends of the bride.
The groomsmen included Hunt McCullom, Jason Sanders, Jay Steward, Jeremy Tschiderer, and ushers Matt Dial, Tim Brown, brother-in-law of the Groom, and David Strunk, brother of the bride. The bell carolers and flower girl included; Jenna Carney, Elizabeth Mills, Meghan Mills, Keylee Rainwaters, and Taylor Strunk, all cousins of the bride and groom.
Following the wedding reception at The Corbin Center, the bride and groom spent their honeymoon in St. Lucia before making their new home in Charlotte, N.C. Leah is currently a graduate student at Wingate University College of Pharmacy, and Keith is employed as an investment banking analyst with Wachovia Securities.
