 The Nibroc Festival is unique in that it provides free concerts of top artists. Thanks to the businesses and all who help support this. There are plenty of festivals  that feature vendors, carnivals, games, etc., but Nibroc is the only one with nationally recognized groups performing for free. Enjoy!
