Air Evac Lifeteam selects Galvin as 2009 Clinical Educator of the Year
Air Evac Lifeteam selected clinical educator Robert Galvin of Corbin, Ky. as its 2009 Clinical Educator of the Year on Oct. 3 during the company’s annual awards banquet in West Plains, Mo.
The Clinical Educator of the Year is presented to a clinical educator who works as a team player through selfless service, works to improve communication between others in the company, promotes Air Evac through community involvement and strives to continually assist others in being successful clinicians.
“Robert’s dedication, commitment and passion for patient care are what drives him to meet the challenges of being an educator and patient advocate,” said Interim Director of Clinical Care Services Jennifer Fletcher. “His ability to take a topic, research it, digest it and then relay it to others with confidence and accuracy is what has propelled him to the summit of success.
