The Corbin Redhounds captured the Cumberland Falls Invitational for the ninth time since 1987 with a 69-58 win over the Franklin County Flyers Wednesday night at Gilliam Gym.
It was the first time since the tournament began that the Redhounds have won back-to-back titles. Madison Johnson, who tossed in 26 points, was named the MVP of the tournament. Check next week’s News Journal for more details of the tournament.
