Ballou-Salter to wed

 Jamie and David Ballou of Corbin, would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Chelsea Lynae Ballou, to Trey Salter, son of Terri and Ty Salter of Woodstock, Ga. Chelsea is the granddaughter of Sam and Peggy Ballou and D.L. and Alice Lynch, all of Corbin. Trey is the grandson of Pete and Katherine Salter of Lake Charles, La., Jerry Rogers of Baton Rouge, La. and Carolyn Rogers of Jackson, Miss.

Chelsea is a 2007 graduate of Corbin High School. She is currently attending Boyce College in Louisville, Ky. and will graduate with a B.S. in Biblical Counseling Spring of 2011. Trey is also attending Boyce. He will graduate Spring of 2010 with a B.A. in Theology. Trey will then attend Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

After a honeymoon to San Juan, Puerto Rico, they will reside in Louisville, Ky.

The wedding will take place 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Central Baptist Church on W. 4th Street in Corbin. A reception will follow immediately at the Cumberland Inn in Williamsburg.
