Griffith-Monhollen united in marriage

Kimberly Griffith and Rodgie Monhollen were united in marriage on April 20, 2010 in the Smokey Mountains of East Tennessee.

The bride is the daughter of Ronnie and Vicki Griffith of Oak Ridge, Tenn. and Denise and Tom Woodley of Ohio. The groom is the son of Darline Monhollen and Clayton Vanover and the late Rev. Elbert Monhollen Jr. of Williamsburg, Ky.

The bride was given to her husband by her father during a beautiful candlelit double ring ceremony at the Mountain Valley Wedding Chapel in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

Their family now consists of 4 daughters, 3 sons, two son-in-laws and two grandchildren.

The couple honeymooned in a private cabin in Gatlinburg, Tenn. and plan on starting their new life together in the Williamsburg area.

A reception will take place at a later date to celebrate their union with family and friends.
