C S X is not the great place to work everyone thinks it is. They are going to lay off 16 employees, how many are going to work overtime. C S X also strong arms people into working overtime by abusing thier RULE 1 making people think that can fire them if they don’t work. There should be a law against C S X working overtime when they have people laid off. Does anyone have the nerve to confront
C S X about this practice.
Also the employees of C S X should think about their coworkers and refuse to work if they continue to work while their “FRIENDS” are laid off. The ones that continue to work
are not your friends.
