Bailey-Perkins to wed

Jessica Lee Ellen Bailey and James Riley Perkins announce their marriage of July 31, 2010. The ceremony will be held at Tannery Hollow Missionary Baptist Church at 2 p.m.
Jessica is the daughter of William Bailey and Kathy Bailey of Jellico, Tenn. Jessica recently graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
James is the son of Gregory and Jenny Miller and the late Hugh Finley Perkins. James graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
Jessica and James would like all family and friends to join them on this special occasion as they become one in Christ.
