Being the same property conveyed to Ray Lantham and Beverly Lanham, husband and wife, and Harold and Judy Brown, husband and wife, from Nancy Cole Davis, single by deed dated January 10, 1997, Deed Book 390, Page 242, of record in the Office of the Whitley County Clerk.
TERMS OF SALE

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT/CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Bell-Whitley Community Action Agency, Inc. as a sub-recipient of grant funds from Whitley County is seeking qualifications for housing development and construction services related to a Community Development Block Grant funded through the Kentucky Department for Local Government (DLG). The development consists of construction of 13 energy efficient homes for income qualified families in Whitley County Kentucky.
Minimum requirements include previous experience in housing development and construction, the ability to provide energy efficiency design and specifications, the ability to meet time constraints, as well as the experience and knowledge involving single family low income residential housing development and construction. This includes bidding, contracting, and inspection. This project requires the selected firm provide suitable building sites as well as coordination of financing options as part of the development package.
