A Corbin man wanted on robbery and theft charges in connection with an armed robbery at Landmark Inn, turned himself in to police Monday morning.
Ricky A. Wagers, 24, came to the Whitley County Detention Center just after midnight where the indictment warrant stemming from the Sept. 2012 incident at Landmark Inn in Corbin was served.
The indictment against Vaughn and Jason A. Wagers, 34, of London, was returned on July 15.
According to the indictment, Vaughn was armed with a knife and Wagers had a gun when they forced their way into the hotel room in which a couple and a juvenile was staying.
The robbers allegedly took $100 in cash, a laptop computer, a LG straight talk flip phone and jewelry belonging to the couple.
According to the warrant, Vaughn advised the male not to fight or he would cut him and spread the blood all over the juvenile.
Vaughn was identified as one of the robbers by a confidential source. The couple picked Vaughn and Wagers out of a photo lineup as the robbers.

According to the warrant, which was issued on Nov. 14, 2012, the victim alleges that Vaughn came to her residence on West 8th Street about 4 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2012 where he began drinking vodka with her.
Sometime later, the victim claims that Vaughn began kissing her, even though she repeatedly told him to stop.
“Ricky A Vaughn would not stop and began taking her clothes off and had intercourse with her against her will,” the victim stated in the warrant. “The affiant kept telling him to stop and she tried to push him off of her but he continued.”
Vaughn is being held in the Whitley County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
No court date has been set in either case.
