KSP arrests 10 people on drug trafficking warrants
Kentucky State Police arrested 10 people on drug trafficking charges Thursday.
According to Trooper Lloyd Cochran, public affairs officer at Post 11 in London, state troopers along with sheriff’s deputies from Knox, Laurel and Whitley counties went to multiple locations in the Tri-County area to serve the arrest warrants secured following a three-month investigation.
The individuals arrested, the charges they are facing and the county in which the charges have been filed are:
• Jody Rogers, 31, of Lily is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
• Jeffery Payne, 43, of Lily is charged with two counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
• Lillie Smith, 42, of Lily is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
• Kenneth Morgan, 42, of London is charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree in Laurel County.
• Terry Mullins, 31, of Lily is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
• Francis Anderson, 50, of Lily is charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Laurel County.
• Brooke Dozier, 24, of Gray is charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree in Knox County.
• Raymond Lewis, 51, of Rockholds is charged with four counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Whitley County.
• Damon Lewis, 50, of Rockholds is charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Whitley County.
• Michael Irvin, 19, of Williamsburg is charged with two counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Whitley County.
