Donald “Donnie” Roger Wilson
With loving memories, we remember Donald “Donnie” Roger Wilson, born on September 6, 1970, in Cincinnati, OH, who passed away on January 29, 2024.
He was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church in Williamsburg, KY, where he nurtured his faith and formed many cherished friendships.
Donnie’s passion for his career in auto body repair was evident to all who knew him. His enthusiasm for his work, especially his jeep and his body work, was contagious and served as an inspiration for others.
Donnie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. His beautiful family includes his wife of over 18 years, Karen Wilson of Williamsburg, KY; his daughter, Stefani (Michael) Goodlett of Barbourville, KY.; and his son, Jacob (Andy) Miller of Berea, KY.
Donnie was also a proud and loving grandfather to Zoey Goodlett and Zadyn Goodlett both of Barbourville, KY. His extended family, including his aunts, Teena (Terry) Hardwick, Connie Wilson, and Polly Wilson; and his uncle, John Wilson all of McCreary County, KY. and uncle, Dan Brummett of Walton, KY.
Donnie was also blessed with a host of special friends including, JB Donahue, Jimmy Hudson, Richard Mack, Les Mayne, Josh Meadors, Matt Ratliff, and Shannon Stephens. His nieces, nephews, cousins and friends will remember his love and dedication. Preceding him in death were his parents, Roger and Reba (Bryant) Wilson, his brother, Jerry Wayne Wilson and his in-laws, Oliver and Reva Ballard.
Visitation for Donnie will be held on Sunday, February 4, at 2:00 pm at the Main Street Baptist Church located at 908 Main Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky.
A celebration of Donnie’s life will immediately follow the visitation at 4:00 pm, with Dr. Donnie Bruce Patrick officiating.
