Pedano and David Lay are happy to announce the forthcoming wedding on May 17, 2014 of their daughter, Felicia, to Auston Brown, son of Tricia and Mark Brown. The wedding will take place at Riverside Church of God in Williamsburg, Ky. at 1 p.m.
