Phyllis Ann Lewallen Morton

Phyllis Ann Lewallen Morton, 49, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016 at the LaFollette Medical Center in LaFollette, TN.

She was preceded in death by her brother Billy Ray Lewallen and her former husband Thomas Collette.

Phyllis is survived by her husband Calvin Morton; father and mother Clarence and Betty Lewallen; daughter Brittany Collette; two brothers Jimmy Lewallen and David Lewallen; and by many other family and friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 17, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. James Hodge officiating. Burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery.
