Joseph Ray “Joe” Westbrook
Joseph Ray “Joe” Westbrook, 66, of Corbin, passed away on January 31, 2019 at Baptist Health Lexington. Joe is survived by his sister Carolyn Susie Goodin of Corbin. A memorial aervice was held Friday, March 1, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.
