KSP charges Whitley Co. man with child sexual exploitation offenses
Kentucky State Police issued a statement Friday afternoon announcing that a Whitley County man has been arrested and charged with 20 counts of distributing matter portraying a minor over 12 but under 18 in a sexual performance.
