Kentucky State Police issued a statement Friday afternoon announcing that a Whitley County man has been arrested and charged with 20 counts of distributing matter portraying a minor over 12 but under 18 in a sexual performance.

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch has announced the arrest of another man in Whitley County for child sexual exploitation offenses. This is the second such announcement made by the agency this week.
