Donald Joe Powell, 74, of Lily passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at his home. His funeral was held Wednesday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Ball officiating. Burial followed at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
