$1.2 million waste water treatment upgrade needed

Williamsburg will have to increase its waste water treatment capacity in the Exit 11 area in order to accommodate planned development of a historical wagering and off-track betting facility off Penny Lane and an $8 million plus planned upgrade to the Kentucky Splash waterpark....
