Pursuant to Application Number 861-0528, Major Revision 3
In accordance with KRS 350.070, notice is hereby given that Mountainside Coal Co., Inc.; 7692 South Hwy. 25W; Williamsburg, Kentucky 40769 has applied for a major revision to an existing permit for a surface/underground coal mining and reclamation operation located 1.7 miles northwest of the community of Permon in Knox and Whitley Counties, Kentucky. The major revision will add 17.3 acres of surface disturbance and delete 16.3 acres of surface disturbance and will not add any underground acreage, but will delete 16.3 acres of auger mining area, for a total of 647.5 acres within the revised permit boundary.
The proposed major revision area is approximately 1.6 miles northeast from HWY 1418’s junction with HWY 511 and located approximately 0.4 miles north of Cotton Creek. The Latitude is 36°48’52”N. The Longitude is 84°00’53”W.
The proposed major revision is located on the Barbourville & Rockholds U.S.G.S. 7½ minute quadrangle maps. The surface area to be affected by this major revision is owned by Robert Brown & Kathy Brown, Ray & Geneva Hill, David Logan & Tim Logan, Jack & Sadie Smith, David Rose, and Blair Farms, L.L.C.
The operation will also include a refuse disposal facility. The surface area affected by the refuse disposal is owned by David Logan & Tim Logan, David Rose, Jack & Sue Clark, David & Brenda Monhollen, Randy D. Mackey, Norma Lene Foley, Arthur Foley, Venda S. Hill, Kenneth Mackey, Anthony Hubbs, Joseph Hubbs, Christopher Hubbs, Ola & Julie Miller, Tommy Gambrel, Hubert Grant and Arnold David Grant.
The major revision application has been filed for public inspection at the Department for Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement’s Middlesboro Regional Office; 1804 East Cumberland Avenue; Middlesboro, Kentucky 40965-1229. PUBLIC NOTICE
The Housing Authority of Williamsburg has developed paperwork related to the Annual Plan “process” for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2016 in compliance with PIH Notices 2008-41 and 2011-24. It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 600 Brush Arbor Road, Williamsburg, KY. Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:30AM and 4:00PM. A public hearing will be held on April 20th, 2016 at the Authority’s office at 2:00 PM.

The judgment against the Defendants, Ruby Napier and Charles Napier, plus costs, is as follows:

TERMS OF SALE
