South Laurel defeated Corbin in double-overtime, 77-75, Whitley County ran past Williamsburg, 70-63 and in girls action Whitey County and Corbin pulled off victories.

 The Corbin sixth grade and eighth grade basketball teams won the 13th Region Middle School Tournament.

The Corbin Redhounds had a surprisingly easy win over the defending 13th Region Jaguars of North Laurel, 79-62 at Gilliam Gym Tuesday night. 

 In a battle of top 20 teams, the Lincoln County Lady Patriots, ranked 11^th according to Max Preps.Com. held off the 16^th ranked Whitley County Lady Colonels Monday night at Lawson Gym, 58-55.

 The Redhounds lost to a very talented team out of the 12^th region last week

 The Corbin Redhounds won their 11th game of the season, beating the Middlesboro Yellow Jackets, 68-50.

 The Whitley County Lady Colonels, ranked 16th in the state, rolled past the Lynn Camp Lady Wildcats Thursday night in Lawson Gym 68-42.
