Lewd gesture leads to 18-mile long high speed chase

Police responding to a complaint of a man making lewd gestures to a woman in the parking lot of McDonald's on Masters Street Monday night, led to a vehicle pursuit that ended with a damaged police cruiser and the suspect treated at the hospital for minor injuries.
