A prominent local attorney has been disciplined by Kentucky Supreme Court for failing to adequately represent one of his clients.

 Kenneth Pennington of Keavy and Jeffery Queen of Corbin are in the Laurel County Jail following their arrest on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.
