One person has been arrested in connection with a break-in and theft at Lynn Camp High School last Wednesday, and charges are pending against three others, state police said Tuesday.

Fire officials aren't certain how a fire started that severely damaged a downtown home early Tuesday morning, but they are calling the house a "total loss" in the wake of the incident.
