Bell-Whitley gets $200,000 for Head Start programs

U.S. Congressman Harold “Hal” Rogers (KY-05) announced today that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services awarded $199,819 to the Bell-Whitley Community Action Agency in Pineville to administer the Head Start program.

Woodbine man arrested for calling police 30 times while drunk

A Knox County man who decided to give local police officers some extra activity Sunday evening was arrested and charged with falsely reporting an accident after allegedly making approximately 30 calls to state and local authorities while intoxicated.

Seven-year-old boy injured in golf cart accident at Sweet Hollow
