It is open May through October Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. \u2013 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m. Wildcat Mountain Cheese is located at 4929 Highway 490, East Bernstadt. It is open year round from 11 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and on Friday from 1 \u2013 4 p.m. It is open Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
