People were gracious and went through the drive-thru.\u201d Williamsburg City Hall has been closed to the public since March 23 due to COVID-19. The city had initially planned to reopen on June 15, but postponed that re-opening because of a delay in getting needed materials, which were scarce, in order to make it COVID-19 compliant.
