Loss prevention had allegedly observed Vaughn concealing items in her purse and detained her as she attempted to leave the store with the items. \u201cIn addition, this subject was observed consuming a doughnut and an energy drink in the store that have not been paid for,\u201d Acciardo stated. Vaughn was charged with theft by unlawful taking \u2013 shoplifting and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. Vaughn has been released on her own recognizance."}
