Todd Poff said as part of the agreement, Waste Connections will retain the 28 Poff employees. \u201cI honestly think this will be beneficial to out employees and customers,\u201d Todd Poff said. Poff Carting was started in 2002, building up to serve approximately 25,000 customers across seven counties throughout southeast and central Kentucky, including: Whitley, Knox, Laurel, Bell, Clay, Jackson and Madison Counties. Poff Carting and Waste Connections competed in five of those counties, including: Whitley, Knox, Laurel, Jackson and Madison Counties. \u201cPeople have been very good to us,\u201d Todd Poff said. \u201cWe appreciate our customers.\u201d"}
