Cline said she has worked with a lab in Florida and a distributor in New York to select the products and colors she offers. “I kind of told them want I wanted and they sent me samples,” Cline explained about the process noting that all of the products are cruelty free and vegan. In addition, Cline said she was able to choose the names for her products. “One of our most popular products is a red lipstick called, ‘Hometown Red,’” Cline said noting that is similar to Corbin Redhound red. In addition to the products, Cline said Leanna Cosmetics has makeup artists available to apply makeup for proms, weddings or to help customers that want to change up their look or learn some new techniques. The artists are also available to help young girls, who are venturing into the world of makeup for the first time, to learn to apply it correctly and determine what colors work best for a natural look. “That is our favorite part,” Cline said of helping young girls. “We love doing that!” “Older women are also welcome to come in and get color matched,” Cline said. Customers interested in having their makeup professionally applied for prom or weddings are encouraged to schedule appointments in a timely manner. “For prom, we recommend girls calling in January or February as soon as they know when their prom is scheduled,” Cline said. “For weddings, about a month or two out from the wedding is typically plenty of time, unless it is around prom season. Then you may want to call earlier.” Store hours are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. More information is available by calling 344-3994, or going to the Leanna Cosmetics Facebook page. “We give God all the glory and He remains the center of our business,” Cline said."}
