The Judgment against the Defendant, Peggy Mackey and In Rem judgment against the Defendant, John Mackey, plus costs is as follows: (1) The principal sum in the amount of $36,920.12 as of July 24, 2013, plus interest at the rate of 12% plus Court costs, until paid in full.
