NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER&rsquo;S SALE Pursuant to a Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Whitley Circuit Court on July 12, 2010, I shall offer for sale at the Courthouse door in Williamsburg, Kentucky, at public auction on Monday, September 13, 2010, at 12:00 p.m., or thereabout, the real property described in this Notice. The judgment against the defendant, Earl Sulfridge, a\/k\/a Earl W. Sulfridge, plus costs, are as follows: Pursuant to Count I: (1) The principal sum in the amount of $41,276.02 as of June 16, 2010, plus interest at the rate of 8.990% per annum until the date of Judgment and thereafter at 12% per annum until paid. Pursuant to Count III: (2) The sum in the amount of $1,905.80 as of June 16, 2010, plus interest at the rate of 12.717% per annum until paid.&nbsp; The said real property is located in Whitley County, Kentucky and is more specifically described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone at the county road and Henry Sulfridge&rsquo;s line, thence in an easterly direction 410 feet to a stone, corner of Henry Sulfridge and what is known as the Jim Davis Property; thence in a northeasterly direction 452 feet to a marked hickory tree, Frank Patrick&rsquo;s corner; thence with the Patrick line in a northerly direction 278 feet to a stone; thence in a westerly direction crossing the county road 605 feet to a black pine tree; thence in a southerly direction 442 feet to the BEGINNING.
