The property to be sold is as follows: A certain tract or parcel of land lying in Whitley County, Kentucky, on Highway No. 25W and being part of land conveyed to the first parties by T.E. Monhollen and wife by deed dated Aug. 9, 1928, which is recorded in deed book 173 at page 287, and by deed from Elizabeth Lovitt and husband by deed bearing date, Aug. 21, 1948, which is duly recorded in deed book173, page 334, County Court Clerk&rsquo;s office, containing&#8230;.acres more or less.
