The In Rem Default Judgment against the Defendant, Doris B. Mazanec, plus costs is as follows: (1) The principal sum in the amount of $111,133.97, plus accrued interest thereon at the Note rate of 6.75% starting from September 1, 2012 until paid, plus accrued interest, for any other charges which have accrued; and for its costs expended, plus attorney fees which are not included in this Judgment, but will be determined at a subsequent hearing.
