The total area of the permit is 632.87 acres. The proposed amendment area is approximately 0.9 miles east from the Maple Creek Road (KY HWY 779) junction with Brown Creek Road and located 600 feet southeast of Phoebe Fork. The proposed amendment is located on the Rockholds, KY 7&frac12; minute quadrangle map.&nbsp; The surface area to be disturbed by the amendment is owned by Roger Griffith, Johnnie Johnson, Eugene Burgan, Richard Cummings, Rondall Hubbs, Rosetta Fields, Bill Smith, Wilma Corbin, Samuel McFarland, Georgie Terrell, Rick Thornsberry, James Martin and Edwin Webb.
